Timeline: 1995; 2000 Location: Providence, RI A neighborhood-focused planning entity: Designed and facilitated two, three-month, intensive, city-wide planning processes to pursue enterprise zone funding, one in 1995 and one in 2000. Our role included facilitating all of the processes and drafting the proposal/plan. The submission was successful in 1995. |
