Timeline: 2006 to 2008 Collaborators: Today, design and design mindfulness are critical capabilities and dimensions of planning especially in relation to the creation of liveable and sustainable economies and built environments. The intention of the Statewide Planning design project is to begin reframing Statewide Planning's approach to economic development policies and planning by understanding and creating design capability within the agency. Following this initial pilot, it is intended to expand the adoption of design into other planning areas including implementation of the Land Use 2025 plan. |
