Client Website Timeline: 3 months Location: Providence, RI Collaborators: On December 4, 2009, New Commons began working with United Way of RI to design a process for all staff to re-engage in the process of change begun some years ago, but put on hold during the move and reorganization. The centerpiece of this process was a day-long retreat held in January. New Commons delivered the following: • Provide guidance on the production of the staff interview summary • Designed the retreat • Facilitated the retreat using a 2-person team of facilitator and visualizer • Integrated the retreat outcomes into a summary report • Debrief meeting with the change team that planned the process 12/1/09 3/20/10 |
