Senior Consultant: (click here for full description ) Full-Time, Exempt, salary based on revenue generation. Start date, ASAP

New Commons is looking for its next Senior Consultant.  Our significant growth and continued success has created the opportunity to hire a Strategy Consultant dedicated to the needs of our clients. In addition to the important task of maintaining our significant business in the region, the individual is also expected to continue to grow our business by increasing depth of services for current clients as well as the number of new clients. It is expected that this candidate will already have a book of business or engage in persuing one that will bring in at least 2.5 times more than his or her compensation. Our base salary is $60,000 which will be paid upon completion of certain benchmarks of client development and revenue generation.

Beyond the core skills noted above, each of us has a distinct body of knowledge and practice about organizations and/or communities. In effect, it is best that your skills align with and are simultaneously distinct to the current mix of skills at New Commons. You bring at least, and ideally more, 12 years of professional experience in consulting/professional services work.  We want people who will carry on this work beyond the life of the founder.
