Don is a lifelong student of the art of visualization of information. His areas of expertise include rendering presentations, spreadsheets, databases, and Visual Basics tools to be more accessible. Don has an AS degree in computer science and a BS degree in Business Management from Providence College, where he graduated 1st in his major concentration of study.

Ron has more than ten years combined experience in project management and logistics. Starting out in the entertainment industry, Ron has been working to transfer what he has learned about planning, organization and execution to civic and private organizations. He has worked on projects for the Blackstone Valley Tourism Council, the RIEDC and community action groups across the state.

Lynn McCarthy brings shape and color to our clients' work, designing for print and for web. She developed her sense of style in the home fashion industry, serving for 17 years as Senior Designer at the world's largest jacquard fabric manufacturer.

Rob Allen facilitates our working groups and Smart Facilitation trainings. He also is our premier visualizer for our meetings, often teaming up with Robert Leaver, the creator of Smart Facilitation.

John was a partner New Commons from 2009 - 2010. He contributed as lead researcher, analyst, writer and media producer, bringing a one-man army's approach to the think tank world. His semi-private daily email newsletter "Yesterday on the Internet" highlights the wide range of topics that he follows: local bike lanes, global econo-politics and everything in between.
