As a convener and facilitator, he has led thousands of groups on the journey from confusion to clarity, managing each group's unique dynamic to help them generate their best thinking, identify the connections to required capabilities and implement a clear plan of action.

Michelle's work is around public engagement, social marketing, and leadership development. She has a master's degree in public health, is the convener of My Soul at Work cafes and interactive blog site. She is constantly working on ways to improve the status of women and evolve our next economy to be one that values quality of life and equality in the workplace.

Don is a lifelong student of the art of visualization of information. His areas of expertise include rendering presentations, spreadsheets, databases, and Visual Basics tools to be more accessible. Don has an AS degree in computer science and a BS degree in Business Management from Providence College, where he graduated 1st in his major concentration of study.

Currently she is working with New Commons as a Strategic Partner on our website, email marketing, and book sales. Michelle is an online marketing services expert. She has helped her clients, which range from female-owned start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, market their products and services online, using tools such as permission-based e-mail, podcasting, blogging, social media and search engine sites.

Lynn McCarthy brings shape and color to our clients' work, designing for print and for web. She developed her sense of style in the home fashion industry, serving for 17 years as Senior Designer at the world's largest jacquard fabric manufacturer.

Vicki joined New Commons in 2011 and brings with her nearly 30 years experience in business and marketing. A recent transplant to Rhode Island from Upstate New York, she has worked for both large and small firms.

Rob Allen facilitates our working groups and Smart Facilitation trainings. He also is our premier visualizer for our meetings, often teaming up with Robert Leaver, the creator of Smart Facilitation.
